Accelo is looking for an experienced Sales and Marketing Operations & Insights Manager responsible for the go-to-market lead-to-revenue model as well as ensuring the optimal implementation and operation of a best-in-class "go-to-market tech stack" that aligns with and supports the company's near-term and long-term goals. 

The successful candidate possesses a balanced blend of strategic and analytical thinking, marketing acumen, operations expertise, and leadership. This individual has a passion for data, metrics and systems, and excels in driving predictability, scalability, and efficiency in operations. This is a hands-on role, and candidates must demonstrate the ability to partner, operate and excel at the strategic, as well as tactical levels.

You're data-driven, comfortable with analytics, pivot tables and creating reports and dashboards in partnership with other members of the go-to-market team.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Establish & optimize a Lead-to-Revenue model, articulating lead and opportunity targets for marketing and sales, and providing analytical insights into driving success to goals
  • Manage the Go-to-Market stack and all technical aspects of key systems (marketing automation, CRM, predictive lead scoring, web analytics, performance tracking, etc.) used to execute and report on sales and marketing programs. Evaluate/implement new marketing and/or sales technologies, tools and add-on applications to improve and optimize performance.
  • Own the data pipeline and be the authority around stages, definitions, tracking and reporting throughout the Lead-to-Revenue lifecycle, providing self-serve and proactive insights for the business.
  • Monitor, measure, and analyze the effectiveness of marketing activities & initiatives against business objectives. Create and maintain close-loop reporting and provide insights and recommendations for optimizing marketing's impact on revenue.
  • Create scalable processes that ensure best practices in go-to-market technologies, analytics and campaign, and marketable database management. 

Who We Are Looking For:

  • 8+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales and/or Marketing Operations; Analytics or similar role with 3+ years of Sales & Marketing Operations experience in a SaaS company.
  • Strong analytical skills (including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, other reporting and data analysis tools). Proven ability to look across multiple systems and multiple data sources to define and optimize success metrics.
  • Passionate about sales and marketing operations and interested in leveraging your extensive experience to help create a best in class technology stack. 
  • Advanced proficiency and hands-on experience with go-to-market tech stack and the ability to connect tools like Hubspot, Pendo, Google Analytics, and business intelligence/reporting experience to optimize the impact on revenue.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technically capable, excellent communicator, and a desire to improve processes. Must be able to explain complex items to various stakeholders and understand projects that have varying analytical goals and needs.
  • Nice-to-have: Experience in digital (web and mobile) analytics and best practices.

Location Options: Denver strongly preferred, but US Remote possible

Compensation: $115,000 - $150,000 (Salary + Bonus) depending on experience plus equity
