Accelo is looking for a Senior Solutions Consultant to join and support our growing Sales team focusing on the SMB market. The team will rely on your deep product knowledge to wow prospective clients and get them excited about moving to a better way to run their services & operations.
The ideal candidate is passionate about tech and how it helps businesses succeed. You know how cloud products work and jump at the chance to digitize and automate pen and paper/manual processes - in your life and in business. While this role is part of the Sales team, you will be involved in marketing, implementation, and product: you are the glue that brings a rich understanding of Accelo’s value to the market.
Accelo is a SaaS platform that streamlines and automates service operations in small to medium-sized businesses, often doubling profitability and reducing the chaos and confusion experienced by people working in professional service businesses.
Salary Range: $95,000 - $105,000 plus commission, based on experience and relevant industry background.
Responsibilities

Evangelize the Accelo product to new customers/users through sales demonstrations, presentations, webinars, and technical calls.

Collaborate with Account Executives to understand prospect business challenges and demonstrate how Accelo can resolve their issues.

Educate prospects on the cost of inaction and the value that Accelo brings to their business.

Identify functionality gaps for prospects, design workarounds, and ensure prospects understand how Accelo will function for their business.

Configure POCs using prospects' data and other relevant information gathered during the sales process, as needed.

Help drive deals to a close through pre-sales support and product ownership through a partnership with an Account Executive.

Share Best Practices with potential clients to demonstrate what their peers are doing in Accelo to better run their businesses, while showing adaptability with different business processes.

Synthesize learnings from customer interactions, observe patterns, and relay feedback regularly to the rest of the organization - especially Product.

Enhance team product expertise through activities such as running product knowledge sessions, training and enablement.

Lead RFI/RFP responses from the product, solution, and technical perspectives.

Identify and communicate training opportunities for Account Executives to management; conduct specific training sessions for the sales team as requested by management.

Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Company management.
What You’ll Bring

3+ years in the pre sales/full cycle sales process.

Knowledge of project management and/or CRM concepts, tools and best practices.

Passion for helping people understand and simplify complex concepts through stories, simple visuals, and demonstrating software.

Strong written and verbal communication skills that ensure the customer feels comfortable about taking a leap of faith to a new way of doing business.

Careful listening skills to understand client needs, you can read between the lines of their challenges, and dig into motivations. You are excited about uncovering what clients are looking for because you believe that knowledge is power.

You love taking detailed notes or drawing workflows on whiteboards because they help you focus on what to show the prospect.

Collaborative and team oriented across all departments.

SaaS knowledge is a must! You know how a tech stack works and are quick to pick up new tools. You can use business logic and workflow diagrams to chart client needs. You believe the cloud can save small - medium businesses.

Constant passion for learning with a ‘can do’ attitude for fast paced, complex, and dynamic situations.
Where You’ll Be

For this role, we ask that you live in the Denver area with an option to work from home 2 days a week. Our team follows a hybrid model, requiring in-office presence on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
