, ,Salary: This role offers a base salary ranging from $75,000 to $110,000, plus uncapped commission. The exact amount depends on your experience in the professional services automation space and your years of experience in sales, particularly in SaaS sales.

Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven and solutions-oriented Sales Account Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and nurturing prospect relationships, and driving sales to achieve revenue targets. You will play a key role in expanding our customer base and promoting the value of Accelo’s comprehensive suite of services.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver unparalleled customer service to prospects.

Engage with executive-level and team-level buyers to uncover their challenges, goals, and business needs.

Uncover the pain and cost of the status quo through focused discussion around how they currently work, with the ability to articulate the costs of their pain back to the prospect.

Build value through the articulation of features and benefits that match customer pain and use that value to confidently propose Accelo as a solution.

Operate a disciplined and high-quality sales process aligned with the client's buying process.

Meticulously maintain records including notes, status, stage, pipeline, and forecast.

Cold call, email, and outreach to identify and close new business.

Follow-up on leads and broadly work the associated organizations provided by lead generation activities including marketing campaigns, trade shows, etc.

Update CRM daily to ensure accurate, complete and up to date sales activity reporting is available.

Maintain proper documentation including discovery notes, demo notes, and sales hand-off notes.

Drive expansion and upgrades within assigned named and basic customers (when applicable).

Travel to cover the assigned territory, trade shows, customer facing meetings, prospect facing meetings and relevant partnership engagements. Prior travel approval is required from Company management.

Perform other duties and complete other responsibilities as assigned by Company management.
Qualifications:
-
Experience: 3-5 years of successful sales experience, preferably in a SaaS or technology-focused environment. Outbound sales experience; the ability to self-generate leads through various strategies to supplement the sales pipeline. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Skills: Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to understand and address client needs. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Knowledge: Familiarity with CRM / Project Management / PSA tools. Understanding of project management, service delivery, and business operations is a plus.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Relevant certifications or additional training in sales methodologies are advantageous.
