We’re looking for a driven and organised Professional Services Manager (Implementation Consultant) to lead clients through the successful implementation and adoption of our business automation platform. In this role, you’ll manage the end-to-end onboarding process - from initial configuration to training and go-live - helping customers get up and running quickly and realise the full value of Accelo.

You’ll be responsible for managing multiple implementation projects at once, setting clear expectations, and delivering a positive client experience. This role suits a proactive, customer-focused professional who enjoys problem-solving, optimising workflows, and continuously improving the implementation process. As you grow in the role, you’ll also begin to take on more complex projects and contribute to best practice improvements across the team.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead multiple client implementation projects concurrently, serving as the main point of coordination and support throughout the onboarding journey.

  • Conduct customized expert services sessions for current clients who are looking to refine and optimize their deployment.

  • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to onboarding.

  • Work closely with clients to understand their business processes and translate them into tailored Accelo configurations.

  • Develop and execute structured implementation plans, managing project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.

  • Lead engaging and educational training sessions for client teams.

  • Provide consultative support, helping clients optimize workflows and maximize Accelo’s value.

  • Configure Accelo deployments, including integration setup, data migration, and account settings.

  • Act as a trusted advisor, offering strategic guidance on business process automation.

  • Relay customer feedback and trends to the Product and Engineering teams to drive improvements.

  • Stay up to date with Accelo’s latest features and integrations.

 

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in Professional Services, Implementation, Technical Project Management, or Customer Success, ideally within a SaaS environment.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously.

  • Strong project management skills with experience in Agile methodologies.

  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.

  • Experience with PSA tools, CRM platforms, and SaaS-based solutions.

  • Understanding of business process automation and workflow optimization.

  • Ability to analyze data to drive process improvements and business decisions.

 

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with change management and system adoption.

  • Strong technical acumen with an ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

  • Familiarity with Accelo or similar PSA tools.

  • Certifications in Project Management or Agile methodologies are a plus.

 

Where You’ll Be

  • For this role, we ask that you live in the Denver area with an option to work from home 2 days a week. Our team follows a hybrid model, requiring in-office presence on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.

This role offers a base salary ranging from $65,000 - $75,000, plus a performance based bonus plan.
